Right to cancel for consumers
Consumers, meaning any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity, have a right to cancel in accordance with the following provisions.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (PET42 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Reiherweg 7, 50389 Wesseling, Germany, email: info@pet42.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not compulsory.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your notice cancelling this contract.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Expiry of the right to cancel
For contracts for the provision of services, your right to cancel expires early if we have fully provided the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once we had fully performed the contract.
